My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We'd love to help you resolve this issue right away with the help of our Quality Assurance team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your product. How do I start a return?
If you decide that your Lunar products aren’t right for you in 30 days after you have received your order, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Unfortunately, after 30 days is up we are not able to accept any returns. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return.
Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
How do I check on the status of a refund?
Refunds usually process in 7-14 business days. We're happy to help check on your refund! Please reach out to our Customer Experience team with your order number on hand.
